Professional Learning Facilitator
Carolyn has spent over 35 years in public education. She is an enthusiastic educator who advocates for the continued growth of students and teachers. Carolyn is an educational leader with vast experience in facilitating, creating, coordinating, and contributing to the implementation of curriculum and professional development opportunities. She is an exceptional communicator with strong relationship building and problem resolution skills.
As a recent school district staff developer, Carolyn was responsible for orchestrating and delivering comprehensive professional development initiatives across various grade levels and district buildings. She played a dynamic role requiring organizational, communication, and collaborative skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. She designed and implemented multiple professional development programs, introduced research-based instructional strategies, and created and implemented curricular initiatives.
Carolyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Special Education from Kutztown State College, her master’s degree in Instructional Leadership from Penn State University, and her Reading Specialist Certification from Cabrini College. Carolyn lives in Telford, PA with her husband, Randy. She has two married children and three grandchildren.
