I also agree not to input any student-specific or personally identifiable information (PII) into this platform under any circumstances. I understand that TLS is not responsible for any misuse of the platform, including the entry of prohibited information.

Purpose of Use
TLS AI Tools are designed exclusively for use by professional educators to support instructional planning and professional development. These tools generate content using artificial intelligence (AI) based on generalized educational principles and public-domain instructional practices.

User Responsibilities

Professional Use Only:
I understand that TLS AI-generated content is intended to supplement—not replace—my professional expertise, curriculum knowledge, and instructional judgment.

Review for Accuracy and Alignment:
I am responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with local curriculum standards, instructional objectives, and district policies before implementation in any educational setting.

Prohibited Data Entry:
I agree not to input or upload any student-specific, personally identifiable information (PII), or other protected data under FERPA, COPPA, or similar regulations into the TLS platform under any circumstances.

Confidentiality and Misuse:
I will not use the platform to generate, transmit, or store confidential, sensitive, or non-public data. I understand that TLS is not liable for any unauthorized use or data entry in violation of this policy.

Disclaimer of Liability:
TLS makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated materials. The user assumes full responsibility for all instructional decisions and for any outcomes resulting from the use of TLS AI Tools. TLS expressly disclaims any liability arising from the misuse or misapplication of its platform, including but not limited to, the entry of restricted data or the use of AI-generated content without appropriate professional review.
