  • Assess teacher needs and respond to those needs in an engaging fashion
  • Provide non-evaluative coaching with feedback
  • Collect feedback on the program from inductees and mentors
  • Adjust the program based on that feedback
  • Provide specialist, nurses, counselors, psychologists and others with a differentiated, alternative induction process
