- Assess teacher needs and respond to those needs in an engaging fashion
- Provide non-evaluative coaching with feedback
- Collect feedback on the program from inductees and mentors
- Adjust the program based on that feedback
- Provide specialist, nurses, counselors, psychologists and others with a differentiated, alternative induction process
