Leadership Coach
Robert Carpenter, Ed.D was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. Rob was actively engaged as a student-athlete at the elementary, high school, and collegiate levels, wrestling and playing football. His natural leadership skills were developed early, on the field of play and extended through his career in education. He started by leading students in the classroom as a teacher and incrementally advanced in his career to Assistant Principal at Catasauqua Middle School and Upper Perkiomen Middle School to ultimately as Principal of Upper Perkiomen High School.
Carpenter has over 20 years of experience in the Upper Perkiomen educational system and has developed many relationships in the community, serving students, parents, and teachers. Additionally, he served through his volunteer work while coaching in local youth programs and sitting on Boards of Directors, such as Upper Perkiomen Project Live, Upper Perkiomen Education Foundation, and the Upper Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Rob holds a Doctorate in Education Leadership from Immaculata University, a Master’s degree in Education from Lehigh University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moravian College. He currently resides in Green Lane with his wife, Pam, and their four children, Robert, Joseph, Bella, and Luciana, and their dog, Jeter.
