Curriculum Lead
Rosemary Bilinski is a lifelong educator that has served as a teacher, K-12 Instructional Coach, Curriculum Supervisor, and Director of Teaching and Learning. Rosemary dedicated thirty-five years at the Pottsgrove School District in the classroom and as an Instructional and Curriculum Coach specializing in mathematics. She continued her career at Exeter Township as the K-12 Stem Administrator and most recently as The Director of TLI at Delaware County Intermediate Unit.
Rosemary is a past member of the National Council of Math Teachers Educational Material Committee. She presented and developed professional learning for the Pottsgrove School District, School District of Philadelphia, Montgomery County Intermediate Unit, and the Exeter School District. In her past position at Delaware County Intermediate Unit, she led various programs, including Code.org, PA Smart, and Skin in the Game.
Rosemary earned her BS in Education at West Chester University, a Master of Science Education from Wilkes University, and a Master of Educational Leadership from Temple University.
