Director of Learning

Maureen (Mo) Zavadel has dedicated more than 25 years to helping educators and school leaders create learning environments where both teachers and students thrive. Drawing on her experience as a special education teacher, building principal, and instructional coach, she partners with schools to lead meaningful instructional change through collaborative coaching, professional learning, and leadership development.

Grounded in the belief that people grow when they feel safe, seen, and challenged, Maureen helps educators build engaging, student-centered classrooms while developing the systems and leadership practices that make lasting improvement possible.

Maureen earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Kutztown University, her master’s degree in Education from Cedar Crest College, and her Principal Certification from Lehigh University.
